Terry Tears has 40 years experience in the building trade, and more than 27 years experience in Custom Carpentry. As a teen he started learning about the different types, and unique characteristics of each kind of wood in a mill. From this early education, Terry has developed his knowledge into a career of woodworking and artistry. Terry's entire life has been in the construction industry, giving him the deepest insight of the perfect blend of structural integrity and visual elegance.
